This property is undergoing a complete refurbishment at the moment and will be available in time for the 2008/9 academic year (or a couple of months earlier if needed). A complete new kitchen is going in which will incorporate hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. New carpets will be fitted throughout and every room has been redecorated. New double glazed windows have been fitted plus a new energy efficient gas central heating boiler. Additional electrical sockets have been fitted to all rooms and the house is cabled through for broadband.

The house is available as a whole or we can let individual rooms, in either case tenants will be responsible for water rates, gas and electricity. The contract is for a fixed 10 month period
